Are You Our Next Maintenance Crew Leader?
 
If you’re going to be the newest member of our team and lead one
of our Landscape Maintenance crews you’ll be organized,
prompt, a "people person," and a problem solver. 
You’ll have experience in the Green Industry and be well versed
in the identification and care of plants common to our area.
ONLA certification would also be beneficial. A good driving record
and the ability to pass a drug test will be expected.
 
Our company has spent the better part of three decades building
a strong client base in eastern Cincinnati.
We need motivated and qualified individuals
to help us continue to serve the needs of our clients. 
We are primarily serving high-end residential clients with
a few commercial clients.
 
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 5,
with some Saturdays required.
All hours over 40 are paid at time and a half as required by law.
You will be given the opportunity to work 2,000 hours per year.
We do offer snow removal services in the winter months
in order to keep you busy and keep our clients satisfied.
We also offer paid vacations and holidays,

and tickets to Reds games.
